Terms and Conditions

  • Only payments made via BACS transfer to Durham University Palatinate Orchestra are recognised as payment of each instalment towards the overall cost

  • Payments must be made within 2 weeks of the date shown (i.e. by the stated deadline), unless permission is sought for an extension – this request must be made in advance of the deadline via palatinate.orchestra@durham.ac.uk or frederic.campione@durham.ac.uk

  • Payments not received past the deadline without any receipt of permission for extension will risk your place being forfeited

  • If you require a different payment plan to the above payment schedule, or wish to make payments earlier than the stated dates, please make an enquiry to palatinate.orchestra@durham.ac.uk or frederic.campione@durham.ac.uk to notify them of this

  • The above total cost accounts for fluctuations in EUR to GBP conversion rates, however costs may be subject to change – in the event of any changes to cost, you will be notified at least 2 weeks prior to an instalment

Refunds Policy

All payments made are non-refundable.  This is on account of non-refundable policies associated with our venue bookings, van hire and ferry travel hire.  If you choose not to join us, you will need only receive a refund in the case that we can fill your place.  In extreme circumstances (e.g. family bereavement), please contact palatinate.orchestra@durham.ac.uk or frederic.campione@durhmam.ac.uk
